The SALT for Climate Leadership Training is a 5-month in person and online leadership and coaching program, the SALT Leadership Training supports those engaged in the important work of climate leadership, policy change and advocacy to develop the social, emotional, and consciousness capacities for a holistic response to climate change in practical, engaged and collaborative ways.
The majority of this program is funded by our generous donor, the Novo Foundation. Because of this support, the program is offered at a highly discounted rate on a sliding scale of $350/$550/$750.
The program cost covers all in-person and online workshops and training, as well all all coaching sessions. Meals, accommodations and any travel costs are not covered.
